The Professional Development Program is intended for those interested in acquiring knowledge and practical skills in the preparation of European cuisine. The program will provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a training laboratory.

You will learn the following professional subjects:

  • Cooking
  • Latest trends in food preparation and presentation
  • Food Science
  • Sanitation and hygiene
  • Catering organization
  • Catering equipment
  • Calculation and accounting
  • Guest service

 

Upon successful completion of the program, a certificate of professional development education is issued.

Studies take place from 8.30am to 4pm, according to the lesson schedule.
